Personality: Ember has quite a cold and uncaring attitude to others, especially those that she either does not know, or does not like. She is intelligent, and excels in the classes that she enjoys, particularly Potions, though that may be partly towards the favouritism of Slytherins of the teacher, she is also good at Charms and Astronomy. She is fairly cunning, and occasionally quite manipulative of others, though very rarely put herself in harms way.

Appearance: She had wavy red-brown hair, that goes down to just past her shoulders and slate grey eyes. She is of average height and her pale skin colour contrasts with her darker hair.

Background Information: Ember is a pureblood witch and an only child. She lives with her father, Thomas Hudson, who has quite a senior role in the ministry of magic, in Tenterden. Her mother died several years previous of early onset familial alzheimer's disease, while she was in her 1st year of Hogwarts, though she was not as emotionally affected by it as some might have been as she had always had a tenuous relationship with her mother, and did not communicate with her much when the Dementia set in.

Roleplay Example:
The chair she was sitting on was dangerously close to toppling over, as it was currently leant back on its hind legs as far back as she could make the thing go. Ember was currently in a Muggle Studies lesson, probably the most pointless lesson there was on her time table, and completely inappropriate for a Slytherin to be in, which explained why she was the only one in her house there, and why she was leaning back in her chair in boredom. Her Father, a former Ravenclaw, had forced her into taking it, to her utter disgust, though it probably had something to do with her Uncle Clement, who had married a muggle, blackmailing her father into putting it down on her options list for her OWLs.
